Shipping policy
We use USPS Ground for shipping. Order processing and shipping times may take up to 1-2 business days. This EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS most post office locations are closed Saturday and Sunday. Unforeseen weather conditions can be a factor and cause changes with delivery dates.
TRACKING INFORMATION: All shipments include tracking information and will be sent to the email attached to the order, some phone carriers do not allow updates, please use an updated e-mail address to ensure you receive the tracking information. The post office will give an estimated delivery date once packages are scanned into their system.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT: There is no way for us to make updates once your order ships!! We are not responsible for orders that go to the wrong address or are missing apartment/unit numbers. If items are returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment fees(see return policy).
Shipping fees are based on order size and weight and are subject to change by shipping carriers, fees will be applied accordingly with those changes. Shipping cost are automatically calculated at check out by weight and region/location for shipping destination.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED BY USPS: Please refer to 1-800-ASK-USPS if you are having trouble locating the package.
HELPFUL TIPS: PLEASE CHECK FOR DELIVERIES AT YOU MAILBOX, Also at your neighbors, front office of complex, tucked away spots. If you feel your order was stolen please contact the proper authorities. Once USPS or other shipping services scan packages into their system and have possession of the order we have no control over the delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DELIVERY IF YOU ARE NOT HOME, RECENTLY MOVED OR ARE ON VACATION OR IF ITS MISSING AFTER DELIVERY.
